IN NO EVENT SHALL TURF'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TURF IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

  CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION.
